Australia-Wide Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only.
Standard Shipping
- AUD $12.49 flat rate
- Estimated delivery: 4–5 business days
Express Shipping
- AUD $14.55 flat rate
- Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on all orders over AUD $150.
Shipping rates and delivery options are displayed at checkout and may be updated from time to time.
Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed before our daily processing cut-off may be dispatched the same business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, processing times may vary during promotional periods, peak seasons, stock availability delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and commence from the date your order is dispatched.

Authority to Leave
Where permitted by the carrier, parcels may be left in a safe place at the delivery address.
If a parcel is delivered in accordance with the carrier's delivery procedures or any delivery instructions provided by the customer, responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer upon delivery.
Customers who require a secure delivery location should ensure someone is available to receive the parcel or provide an alternative delivery address.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
Mr. Nutrition Supplements is not responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, lost parcels, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.
Orders returned to us due to incorrect address information may incur additional shipping charges before re-dispatch.
Proof of Delivery
An order will be considered delivered when the carrier records the parcel as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Proof of delivery may include tracking updates, delivery scans, GPS confirmation, photographs, or other carrier-provided delivery evidence.
Missing, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, contains incorrect items, or if items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To assist with our investigation, we may request:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the parcel and packaging
- Photographs of any damaged products
Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier disruptions, severe weather events, public holidays, industrial action, or increased shipping volumes.
Mr. Nutrition Supplements is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or events beyond our reasonable control.
